This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the Personal Information (as defined below) collected by or on behalf of P.R. Hoffman, LLC d/b/a Hoampage (“Hoampage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through this website, portal, and mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Site”), and how that information is used and disclosed. If you have questions or concerns about this Policy, please contact us as set forth below.
By using the Site, you acknowledge on behalf of yourself and any organization that you represent (together, “you”) that you have read and understand this Policy. We may modify this Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Notice of material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to you. By using the Site after changes are posted, you acknowledge those changes.
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with or linked to you (“Personal Information”), such as your name, the names of members in your household, tenants’ names, email, mailing address, phone numbers, or payment data, when you use our Site. We will collect, use, and disclose it pursuant to this Policy and applicable law. We collect Personal Information that you provide to us, automatically via our Site, and information from third parties as further described below.
Hoampage is a technology platform used by homeowners’ associations (“HOAs”), but it is not your HOA. Hoampage has no responsibility or liability for your HOA or their privacy policy. This Policy only covers Hoampage’s practices. You should contact your HOA directly for information on their privacy practices.
Data You Provide and How We Use It.
Personal Information is required to use certain Site features, for example, to create online accounts, make HOA-related payments, cast HOA-related votes, submit requests, contact us via the contact form, receive or request data from us, and respond to communications from us. We also collect Personal Information when you provide it in the following instances:
Communications.
We will collect any Personal Information that you elect to submit to us in any contact form or communication. In addition, we may retain your message content and our responses in accordance with our data retention policies and schedules.
Homeowner Accounts.
To create a Hoampage homeowner account, you must submit your last name or account number, and create a password. This data is used to populate a profile within your account and validate your affiliation with any HOA to which our name/account relate. The Personal Information you provide in connection with your homeowner account will be disclosed to your HOA, as further described below. Information posted on areas of the Site that are accessible to other users is not confidential and is not subject to this Policy.
HOA Administrator Accounts.
To create a HOA administrator account and a corresponding HOA webpage associated with the Site, you must submit certain information pertaining to your HOA and provide certain Personal Information relating to the website administrator. Payment data (as set forth below) will be required to have an active account after the trial period expires. This data is used to populate a profile within your administrator account.
Vendor Accounts.
To create a vendor account, you will be required to provide certain professional information, including your name and contact information.
Payment Data.
To make payments through the Site, you must submit your name, credit or debit card type, number, expiration date, security code, billing address, and HOA account number. All credit and debit card data is provided directly to our PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not directly access, handle, or store your full credit or debit card data. We may keep a record of your payments. We store your payment card’s last four digits to facilitate future payments.
Electronic & Marketing Communications; Opt Out.
If you opt in to receive electronic communications from us or subscribe to receive updates, you must submit your email address. We use this data to send you marketing and other electronic communications. We may use third-party providers to deliver communications to you. You may opt out of such emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at info@hoampage.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line. Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications about your account or transactions.
SMS Text Messages.
If you provide us with your cell phone number, we will use that cell phone number to send you a link to opt-in to receive certain notifications from your HOA. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will not be disclosed to or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We disclose this information only to the service providers that deliver our text messages on our behalf (our messaging provider and mobile carriers), and only for that purpose.
User-Generated Content.
You are responsible for and we may collect any Personal Information that you elect to submit in any Account Content as contemplated by the Terms of Use. Account Content is submitted and posted at your own risk. We cannot guarantee Account Content will not be viewed by unauthorized persons or other users on the Site. You understand that, even after removal, copies of Account Content and any Personal Information you may include in the same may remain viewable in cached and archived pages and may have been copied or stored by internet archives and other users.
Data Automatically Collected and How We Use It
Account Activity.
We will collect data about how you use (i) your online account, and (ii) the Site when you are logged into your account, which is or may be tied to your Personal Information.
Tracking Technologies.
When you use the Site, we and our Site vendors use technologies such as cookies (i.e., small pieces of data stored on your device’s hard drive by your browser), web beacons, pixel tags, and similar technologies (collectively referred to as “Tracking Technologies”) to automatically collect internet protocol addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use, your internet service provider, device ID number, approximate geographic location, browser type, Site pages visited, websites you access before and after visiting the Site, and data related to how and when you use the Site (e.g., date and time stamps, clickstream data, and data about search terms and websites that direct you to the Site). We may combine this Personal Information with other information (including Personal Information) and data obtained from third parties.
Most browsers automatically accept Tracking Technologies. You can disable this function, but disabling Tracking Technologies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Site.
We use Tracking Technologies to: (i) make our Site function properly; (ii) tailor our interactions with you; (iii) help with our marketing and advertising efforts; (iv) provide us with valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Site; and (v) help us improve our Site.
Analytics.
We may occasionally enable and implement various analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, which is an analytics tool provided by Google to collect and process Personal Information consisting of certain analytics about your use of the Site. Google sets and reads cookies to collect such Personal Information and your web browser will automatically send such Personal Information to Google. Google uses this data to provide us with reports that we use to improve the Site’s structure and content.
We may occasionally enable and implement additional add-on services to Google Analytics, such as Demographics and Interest Reporting. Demographics and Interest Reporting uses cookies to collect data about our Site traffic by tracking users across websites and across time to provide us with analytics on our user base.

Online Behavioral Advertising.
We may occasionally use advertising networks and services provided by third-party vendors. These services collect data about your interactions with the Site and other websites across the internet and use such data to target personal content and advertisements for goods and services. The data collected may be associated with your Personal Information. The targeted content and advertisements may appear on the Site and on other websites and may be sent to you via email. Advertising networks often gather data about consumers who view advertisements to make inferences about a consumer’s interests and preferences, which enables their computers to deliver advertisements directly targeted to the consumer’s specific interests. This practice is often referred to as “online behavioral advertising.”
For example, we may use Google Ads to serve ads on our behalf across the internet and on the Site. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your visits to the Site and your interaction with our products and services to generate targeted advertisements to you on other websites that you visit across the internet. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google, to customize your ad preferences, or to limit Google’s collection or use of such data, visit Google’s Safety Center and Google’s Ad Settings and follow Google’s personalized ad opt-out instructions. Opting out will not affect your use of the Site.
To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit the National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may occasionally still see our ads.
Videos; Embedded Content.
The Site may offer videos and incorporate content provided by Hoampage or third parties including feeds scripts embedded in the Site’s code and visible content. Hoampage and such third parties may collect data about how you interact with such content (e.g., YouTube may collect usage data on videos embedded on the Site as described in YouTube’s Privacy Policy). By watching the videos and interacting with such content, you agree to the collection and use of such data.
Do Not Track Requests. Some browsers permit users to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no generally accepted standard for interpreting these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site, as described above.
Data from Other Sources and How We Use It.
We obtain data about individuals from various third-party companies and public sources and we may combine that data with Personal Information or other Personal Information. This enhances our existing data about our users and customers (e.g., adding address data) and improves our ability to contact you and our marketing’s relevancy. We receive Personal Information through the following third parties:
Payment Processors.
If you make any payments through the Site, we will receive Personal Information through our third party payment processor with information on your account and payment as well as information for our records, such as the date and time of your payment and the last four digits of your payment card.
Social Media.
We are active on social media, including Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn (“Social Media”). You may comment on Social Media regarding Hoampage and our products and services.
The Site may allow you to connect and disclose data to Social Media. These features may require us to use cookies, plug-ins, and APIs provided by such Social Media to facilitate those communications and features.
Anything you post on Social Media is public information and will not be treated confidentially. We may post (or re-post) on the Site and our Social Media pages any comments or content that you post on our Social Media pages. You agree to hold Hoampage and its affiliates harmless and without liability for the results of any and all content you post on Hoampage’s Social Media.
Your use of Social Media is governed by the privacy policies and terms of the third parties that own and operate those websites and not by this Policy. We encourage you to review those policies and terms.
The Site may use advertising networks and services offered by Social Media to deliver advertising content. Use of these services requires Social Media to implement cookies or pixel tags to deliver ads to you while you access the Site.
How We Use & Disclose Personal Information
Beyond the uses and sharing described above, Hoampage and its vendors may use and disclose Personal Information as described below.
Purpose Collected & Communication with You.
We use and disclose Personal Information for the purpose for which it was collected. For example, if you make an HOA-related payment via the Site, we use Personal Information to process your payment. If you contact us for support or assistance, we may use Personal Information to contact you and assist you with your request. We may use Personal Information to notify you of Site changes (e.g., changes to our Terms of Use or this Policy), and if you opt in, to send you communications. In addition, we will use Personal Information for, operating, maintaining, and improving the Site, authenticating users and securing accounts, troubleshooting and customer support, preventing fraud, misuse, and security incidents, maintaining records and enforcing agreements, and complying with law.
HOA.
Hoampage discloses certain Personal Information with your HOA, which you identify as part of your registration and creation of a Hoampage homeowner account and to which you direct us to disclose your data with. For example, if you make an HOA-related payment or cast an HOA-related vote via the Site or via Association.vote’s website (where users may be directed for HOA-related voting activities), we will disclose such Personal Information with your HOA. This allows your HOA to track such activities for its own records and to use such Personal Information for its own purposes. Hoampage is not responsible for your HOA’s privacy policies or practices, and we have no responsibility or liability for any use of your Personal Information or other Personal Information by the HOA. This Policy does not apply to any HOA website that is not affiliated with the Site.
Your Selected Third Party Vendors.
If you elect to connect your Hoampage account to any third party vendor or service made available through the Site, we will disclose your Personal Information to those vendors to facilitate the service integration. Hoampage has no control over any such third party vendor or service, and our ability to connect to the same does not constitute an endorsement or support of such third party vendor or service or their privacy policies. You should review all such third party policies and terms before authorizing such connection.
Affiliates, Vendors & Partners.
We may disclose Personal Information with our affiliates, third-party vendors, service providers, suppliers, consultants, agents, and other partners (including Site management and hosting, payment processing, marketing and public relations, and email services) that provide data processing services to us (e.g., to support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help to enhance the security of the Site or our services) or otherwise process Personal Information (including Personal Information) for purposes described in this Policy or communicated to you when we collect such data. The parties described above are authorized and may use and disclose Personal Information as needed to provide the applicable services to us.
Professional Advisors.
We may disclose Personal Information to our professional advisors, such as our attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and business advisors, in their capacity as advisors to us.
De-Identified and Aggregated Data.
We may process Personal Information to create de-identified and aggregated data. Such de-identified and aggregated data is no longer subject to this Policy. We may use and disclose that information for any lawful purpose and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.
Security & Protection of Rights.
We may use Personal Information and disclose it to third parties if we believe it is needed to operate the Site or to protect our rights or the rights of others, including disclosing data needed to identify, contact, or bring legal action if our contracts, terms, or policies are violated or if required by law.
Business Transactions.
If we undergo a change or contemplated change in control, acquisition, merger, reorganization, or asset sale, all Personal Information may be transferred, sold, disclosed, or otherwise shared with potential and actual successors, which will be bound by this Policy as it applies to Personal Information.
With Your Consent.
With your consent, we may use or disclose Personal Information in ways not specifically described in this Policy.
Data We Do Not Intend to Collect
Sensitive Personal Information.
We do not intend to collect any sensitive Personal Information from you such as information on race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious beliefs, age, gender, sexual preferences, or other similar data. Please do not provide such data to us.
Children.
We are committed to protecting children’s privacy. The Site is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose data from children under 13. If a parent or legal guardian learns their child provided us with Personal Information without his or her consent, please contact us.
California Residents
Under California Civil Code 1798.83, California residents have the right under certain circumstances to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for the marketing purposes of those third parties during the previous calendar year, a description of the categories of personal information shared, and a description of the nature of the business to whom it was shared. Access from Outside the United States
This Site is operated and maintained by Hoampage from the United States and is intended solely for a United States audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. U.S. data protection and related laws may not be as comprehensive as those from where you access the Site.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to, or be linked from, websites not controlled by us. We are not responsible for third-parties’ privacy policies or practices.
